I did so, and 2 times with reinstalling the entire game:) - the result is the same

Here is a screenshot of my GTA folder, maybe I didn't understand something? Or maybe the log is not written for some reason?

Please where I can find one? In gta folder there is no such file

I tried to put LCPDFR on the clean and latest version of gta, but when RPH makes a capture, it crashes with this message: I completely disabled the antivirus, rebooted the computer, reinstalled the game, installed the mod both manually and automatically, but nothing helped and it still gives this message when trying to capture, without capturing the game works fine. Can you help me with this? If you need logs, please write where I can find them. Thanks!
