    Hello everyone, I'm making police texture for my server rn, and I was watching someone stream, I saw the streamer get in the garage, and adjuting his police car. He was able to change each number on the car roof so he can place his badge number witch was 496. He can put any number from 0-9, he can control each number alone. And I was woundring If anyone knows how to do so, because It going to be an insane edit for my server .. and also I'm tired of making new liverys every time a new cop joins the force lul
