Can't edit for some reason, removed EMF which loaded the car pack, removed entry from DLC list for it too but now I'm crashing while loading

Random crashes, increased heap, patches and a .5 gameconfig They usually happen pretty early into gameplay, GPU is a 1050Ti. Have a vehicle replacement pack, mostly 2k some 4k.
