Try using the keyboard shortcut (LAlt + N) to bring up the menu (some mice have ghosting issues with Mouse1+Mouse4 on the same frame)

You need to use the lsr save system (in the f10 menu) to save progress. Make sure it is actually writing to the savegames.xml file as well before turning off the mod

This is not part of lsr and Isn't something I've seen before. You can try disabling the weapon dropping system in 'Player' -> 'Player Other Settings' -> AllowWeaponDropping, but I'm not sure its related. 'World' -> 'Damage Settings' -> ModifyDamage to enable or disable the entire damage altering system. You can tweak tons of values, or enable/disable the system on both the player ped and the AI peds independently.

That mod is not compatible, the feature is already in lsr for use with the death menu. Make sure you installed the latest ragenativeui You have some mod that is setting characters health low. Remove it or turn off the injury effects setting. You can change any agencies response limit in the xml files.

Use the Ped Swap menu to become a gang ped or the debug menu to assign your current ped to a gang Addon weapons are supported. If you want assign them to police or gangs you can add them to the weapons.xml and then it should act like the vanilla guns. Menyoo or some other mod is causing that, I am able to be around those areas without issue.

It is in the key settings under ActionPopUpDisplayKey. It is bound to "XButton1" which is windows speak for Mouse4. DisableAutoEngineStart to false and AllowSetEngineState to false should be like vanilla. Next version it will auto start when you press accelerate (if off) Post your RagePluginHook.log after you crash next time (either here or to the discord) and I can take a look for the next release. LSR should work fine with LSPDFR installed as long as you don't go on duty. You can leave your peds and cars, but the default config is set up for a vanilla install. Optional configs specifically made for EUP is coming in the next version.

Clear out your .xml files in the LosSantosRED folder and let them regenerate on next start, they appear to be from an old version You need to update RageNativeUI to 1.9

You hear scanner for civilian reported crimes in your area, and for crimes/status only about your character. You will not hear the scanner for others peds observed crimes (would be too busy). The offending peds will still get a wanted level and the cops will add them to their chase targets. You have some other mod changing the players health. Otherwise, you can turn off Damage Effects in the settings. (World -> Damage -> AllowInjuryEffects) This has been a setting for a few version. Settings -> Player -> Violations -> TreatAsCop. If enabled, LSR will only give you a wanted level for killing/heavily injuring police.

You will be able to rent or purchase houses/apartments all over the map in the next version. Some near term things that are planned are: dispatching and tasking of additional emergency service types, property ownership/renting, more interactable location types, more purchasable items/animations, needs system, more contacts, additional tasks/interaction with existing contacts/gangs, and more simple criminal interactions.

Cars marked DLC in the menu are DLC cars that rockstar adds additional security to. You need either a trainer or the add on spawner to stop that vanilla behavior, or avoid all cars marked DLC. You can increase the bribe cost in the settings. There is a link the description that gives you the basic idea. You make edits to the Agencies.xml/Jurisdictions.xml for the cops/ems/fire and the Gangs.xml/GangTerritories.xml for the gangs.

I am hoping to have it back in and enabled before 1.0. Hopefully working similar to how vending machines work now. I have seen this only once before while testing. I am unsure what causes it, but it seems to be an interaction between LSR and RageNativeUI. I'll see if I can get it to trigger on demand and patch it in upcoming version, but for the time being you will need to restart GTA if it crops up.

Adding more civilian traffic to the popgroups is fine. LSR already spawns ambient police, so adding a lot more would probably not be useful.

Call police has been moved to the actual cell phone now, should be slot 10 by default, you can move it around or override the vanilla one if you want (its disabled anyways). There are settings to allow tasking mission peds now, and it doesn't by default. Yes you can. In Agencies.xml you can set a required variation for a ped, which now includes the headblend/overlay/etc. stuff for the freemode peds. I might use some freemode peds in the default config in the near future. There will be some non illegal ways to make money, but this mod is focused on low-level criminal exploits.

The fuel system is a WIP and very incomplete which is why it is disabled. I haven't removed it because I plan to finish it eventually.

You can have LSR installed and play lspdfr. LSR does nothing and will make no changes until you press Shift + F10. You can unload LSR from the main menu (game restart recommended) as well. There is no automatic way to transfer them. You could manually edit the SaveGames.xml with the lspdfr components/props/blend data if you are familiar with it, otherwise you will need to use the customize ui to rebuild it.

I hope to fully support some of the pre-made xml systems in the future so people can use their lspdfr cars and cops from the context of the criminal. Yes, you can add or change the gangs just like cops. Be sure to change the short and full names (ex Gambetti & Gambetti Crime Family) as they are both used in different places. I can take a look for the next update.

Might expand the become random cop thing to allow customization in the future. Renting/Purchasing homes/apartments is still a WIP, but is hopefully coming soon. You can make money by robbing people, robbing stores, selling drugs to peds, scrapping vehicles, and a few others. Vanilla options are still available too. Will be expanded with more ways now that I have the cellphone system working.

EMS and Fire currently have only idle tasking which is why their dispatching is turned off by default. I started working on some other systems and haven't gotten back to EMS and Fire tasking yet. The general plan is similar to your idea (excluding coroner). However, the next update will be focused on gangs and gang relations. Included items: gangs are customizable and can have territory assigned just like the police, they will have reactions based on reputation with the player that is tracked over time, you can interact with them on the phone/text messages, they have items to sell and stores that become available when you are friendly with them.

You can get RPH 1.9 which works with the current GTA version in either the Rage Plugin Hook discord server or with the LCPDFR files.

It tries to put everything back to how it was on unload. If it doesn't, reload a save before playing another mod.

Stay tuned for 1 and 3. 2 is an interesting idea, I'll think it over. 4, you can use the MP peds fully in the 0.363 release now. You can use whatever trainer works for you, but if you start seeing empty cars or duplicating items, it is not compatible (I have only seen this with menyoo so far) Made some videos showing some of the released/upcoming features.
