    Goodmorning -afternoon or evening to you. I've been having this exact problem and this morning I've been crash testing; I found that without ELS.asi & ELS.ini loaded in my GTA folder I managed to launch my GTA story mode. Could you perhaps try if this could work for you? I hope to hear from you - Branders
