Hi, i've seen police tape mod and i thought that it was pretty good so i went on to see how to download it and then i noticed that i need OpenIV. I installed it and then was ready to add my dlc pack to my "mods" folder, but then noticed there are no files in "mods" folder. I went on youtube and in every tutorial i've seen it goes like this: "mods/update/x64/dlcpacks", but i don't have any of those folders and i don't know how to get them. Can someone explain to me how to get them?

  4. Hi, I have a problem. My lspdfr first response dll file constantly crashes. Sometimes it happens when i go in loading screen and sometimes it happens when i want to go on duty. I have installed some modes (BasicParkingEnforcement, GrammarPolice, StopThePed, RichsPoliceEnhancements, TrafficPolicier and UnitedCallouts) all in their latest versions and followed by youtube tutorial. I have RagePluginHook installed in latest version too. When i started lspdfr by itself it was working and when i added StopThePed it was working. Then i went to add all the other mods and when i tried loading up the game with those mods, it would say "LSPDFR First Response.dll has crashed".
