    I recopied and replaced the x64 and update folders into the mod folders and it appears to be working fine now. This started happening after installing EUPLO 8.2. Is there a fix for the EUP?

    With the mods folder disabled, it will launch correctly.

    I have downloaded GTA V Several times, installed LSPDFR, and it works. Once start installing mods, it will crash during the loading screen. It will launch normally without using rage pluginhook. Here is the crash report
