  2. Microsoft c++ 2010 thing

    I've been playing LSPDFR ever since it came out but I just got my new computer and I go and install GTA along with LSPDFR but every time I launch rage plugin hook it asks for Microsoft c++10 pack I've installed it but it still says is missing I need help?
