I haven't changed any mods or plugins from the ones I've been using for a good few months, this only started happening with the most recent game & RPH/RageNative update. Already tried replacing a bunch of those files and DLLs, I had one single successful launch when I could go on duty and patrol, but wasn't able to recreate it again, but nothing changed file-wise. I know there's probably some callouts that are outdated, but I'm having trouble figuring out what actually is causing the crash, despite reading through the log fairly carefully. I tried removing SWLCallouts since it seems to be the last one logging anything, but the crash for LSPDFR still happened. For clarity, when the game is loading and is automatically putting me on duty (or if it's successfully loaded as off-duty and then I run the ForceDuty command), it says the LSPDFR Plugin is blocked because it caused the game to freeze. After it stops the LSPDFR plugin, I'm not able to move my character or my ca mera, but the game world still moves. RagePluginHook.log

Great model, tasteful lighting Just a few quick file fixes needed as found by IcyEvelyn mentioned in comments: To make the model recognized as a police vehicle ingame (allow traffic stops and traffic yield): in carvariations change: <sirenSettings value="0" /> to <sirenSettings value="1" /> in the vehicle.meta add the flags FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE will look like this: <flags>FLAG_SPORTS FLAG_RICH_CAR FLAG_HAS_LIVERY FLAG_RECESSED_HEADLIGHT_CORONAS FLAG_NO_BROKEN_DOWN_SCENARIO FLAG_COUNT_AS_FACEBOOK_DRIVEN FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE</flags> Additionally in vehicles.meta, change the vehicle class to <vehicleClass>VC_EMERGENCY</vehicleClass> ------------------------- if you want all 3 stages of ELS lighting, go to the cars els file in the vehicles els file This needs to be changed from euro to manual: <LstgActivationType>euro</LstgActivationType> <LstgActivationType>manual</LstgActivationType> -------------------------------------------------- Final thoughts: its a lovely looking car, very aesthetically pleasing and well done. hopefully the issues I posted the fixes for are fixed soon by the mod author, until then, these settings should fix it for you. -

Love this pack, it ticks almost every box in what I'd want in an ELS vehicle except for one thing: Is there a chance you'd can add a cruise light function? Maybe just steady burn the lightbar sides and siderunners?

I've read a few threads on this before but most of them are old so I figured I'd make a new one. I get sometimes a few seconds into the game, and sometimes 30 minutes, and then it just crashes. This occurs even without loading LSPDFR or EUP, basically anytime I launch the game with RagePluginHook. The crash log always ends with an ambient spawn for one of the police car slots or default AI character models (ex: m_police_1 or whatever it is) I've tried every troubleshooting step I can think of; removing outdated mods, using default backup.xml and agency.xml files (in all 3 locations), I've tried using the xmls included with EUP, and I've even removed all custom callouts. I'm just not sure what else to do from here. Any help would be appreciated! Log:

I've tried everything including a fresh re-install of the game and launcher. Running the base game without Rage or anything. Whenever I hit story mode it loads to the second screen and then crashes. I've launched through steam, windows, rockstar launcher. I don't know what else to do. And when I try to use Rage it won't even hook.

So I haven't played LSPDFR in like 3 months and when I launched it today it said ragepluginhook needed to update. So I updated both the game and LSDPFR. The base-game without mods wouldn't even launch. Eventually after a lot of tinkering with files I finally got the base game to launch when I remove the vfs.dll file. BUT ragepluginhook REFUSES to hook with the game. I've tried manually reinstalling LSPDFR/RagePluginHook but it hasn't helped. I don't know what to do. I have tried everything suggested in this thread: But from here I don't know where to go. I'm going to try completely re-installing GTA but that'll take 11 hours so wish me luck! Any suggestions would be great.

I think I found a solution, go into the vehicles.meta and make sure that the DLC car or replace slot has the following flags: FLAG_HAS_INTERIOR_EXTRAS FLAG_EXTRAS_STRONG FLAG_HAS_LIVERY FLAG_LAW_ENFORCEMENT FLAG_EMERGENCY_SERVICE FLAG_REPORT_CRIME_IF_STANDING_ON Once those are in it should fix the issue using regular keybinds, it worked for me!

For some reason my characters clothing changes when I enter a vehicle. It's meant to look like the picture out-side the car, but whenever I I look at myself (ONLY IN 1st person, 3rd is fine) my clothing is different inside a car. Any ideas?

Today when I went to launch Rage I got this weird screen. I've never seen it before. It does end up loading the game, but it's freaky. Is this the result of something being corrupted? (Image attached). This happens every launch now. I've already tried restarting my pc.

Ight so I found a backup from around a month ago. I replaced a bunch of files including every handling, carvariations, and most meta files. Finally got it working again. Note to self: Make more frequent backups.

This is prob 100% unrelated but for the last few hours after I edited a file my RPH crashes on startup of modded GTA and when trying to start GTA regularly.

So today I tried to install a new car which required me to edit the handling and carvariations files. Since I did the edits my game refuses to start launching with or without RPH. I have a feeling that I edited the wrong file but I don't know which file it was. I've gone through every single handling and carvariation file searching for the parts that I had copied and have had no luck. I tried reverting to my backup and it still will not get past the initializing core message. I have no idea what I've done and have been troubleshooting this for 3 hours. h e l p RagePluginHook_28082021_053609.log

I'm unable to force start an attack on police station call and even after over an hour of waiting I haven't seen it once. Is this a common thing? I'm sitting just a block away from the Paleto station and tried closer and further- 302 comments
