    Hi, this is a really amazing mod!!! Really love it. But I have a problem, the chance that rival gang members appear near my hood or whenever I go outside the hood is too much. They appeared really often, I use the mod @Greskrendtregk 's setting but they still appear. This won't be a problem if I can change the spawn percentage lower. But I can't figure out how to change that. And also the gang's car color, wanna change them too. Any idea please?
