This vehicle in Winnipeg is used for Transit Supervisors, but you can use it for what ever you'd like! I have it based of of Los Santos Transit.

Here is an RCMP uniform to replace the default sheriff in game. 
There are 2 current variants:
Variant 1: Has RCMP-GRC on the back of the vest with a white shirt
Variant 2: Has POLICE on back of vest (more realistic) with a darker white shirt

All instructions and cars they go best with (in my opinion) are included in the readme.
There are no models included in this download.

There is nine skins for the 1999 Crown Vic. This is just a texture, not the model. I only take credit for the textures.
