That's just the thing, i've tried every patchday and no matter what it dosen't work Sorry I meant to reply in the first message but yeah no matter what patchday I use, nothing, and i've tried every one

I've tried reinstalling the game, openIV, checking that I have the asi files installed, etc I've even sought out for articles relating to this such as this: Now he says the problem is either you installed it in an old patchday or you have not installed the asi files on openIV which I checked and I installed on the newest patchday, and i've installed the files, but nothing, all that changed is the original police cars stopped making sound when I turned on the siren (because of the els file I installed with the vehicle files). Nothing I do seems to make any difference, I have tried literally everything, it has been months since I have been able to get it to work USING THE EXACT SAME METHOD I AM NOW and yes I tried using lml
