FIXED it by reinstalling, im now being carefull with what i add.

Didnt work i gave up and m reinstalling gta rn

I also tried Antivirus exception renamign mods to _mods etc. BTW installed extra mods: SCRIPTHOOKV - ENB DEV - VISUALV - Brighter Night for VisualV - Menyoo PC - Packfile Limit Adjuster - Heap Limit Adjuster (650 MB of heap!) -
