This is a project dedicated to the agencies around Orange County, California, a little region just south of Los Angeles County. This pack offers over two hundred liveries including nine local police agencies, one fire department, and three state police agencies. I'm quite passionate about this project since Orange County is my home and I view this as a continuation of PantherP71's Orange County pack.

PLANNED CONTENT
I plan to add every or at least the majority of all agencies in Orange County but I'll also feature more stuff like textured license plates (I have the plates done, I just have to add the digits to all of them), and provide reflective liveries so it'll be compatible with vehicle models that have reflective features. In case I have forgotten any locations, here is a list of the cities that are planned to have an agency included in this pack: Aliso Viejo, Laguna Beach, Laguna Woods, Lake Forest, La Habra, Newport Beach, Orange, Rancho San Margarita, Seal Beach, Tustin, Villa Park, and Yorba Linda.

NEXT UPDATE
Another update on the upcoming 1.10 release, the Orange County Sheriff's Department will be receiving a rework of nearly all its vehicles because of an oversight. The Orange County Sheriff's Department has changed its logo/decal in the past, a very subtle change, changing the serif font to a sans serif and adding the State Seal of California. The decals on the Orange County Sheriff's Department vehicles will also be enlarged, specifically for the patrol divisions, because of inaccuracies in the scaling. Two new police departments will be added, the Newport Beach Police Department and Seal Beach Police Department. Another law enforcement agency, the Orange County Park Rangers, will be added. Last but not least, many new additions for the Orange County Sheriff's Department patrol divisions.

About the Pack:
This pack was originally created for my personal use in LSPDFR. I really liked the vehicles and began to expand the pack. I wanted to try and keep the pack realistic with just the Charger and the Durango. A lot of departments do not have 30 different vehicle makes, but do have different purposes for a few different makes. I like that about this pack. This pack is not based on anywhere in particular, just a little bit of creativity. This pack does come with all blue lighting installed (Red & Blue is included). I know its not perfect, but I did spend a lot of time on this pack. The Marked Durango does not have the pillar mounted ions like the slicktop, traffic, and unmarked version do. I wanted to keep the lighting somewhat consistent between both of the marked vehicles. If you guys would like, I will add the pillar mounted ions to the Marked Durango too. For the traffic units, I know some will wonder why I left the flag on. I figured that it's quite obvious that it's a police car, so why not. I'm also aware that the material order for the dashcam is messed up in the screenshots, but it has been fixed in the download. All marked models come with corner lightbar cruise lights. All unmarked models come with visor cruise lights.

Install Instruction Update:
 
1. In your dlclist.xml file add  <Item>dlcpacks:/statewide/</Item> to the bottom of it

Hello Everybody,
 
Welp, I've been promising this pack for quite some time and after 10 months of building it, it has finally come to be. 
 
There is so many lightbars, configurations, setups, features that it is hard to name all of them so I'm sure I am going to miss some of the unique touches I put into each department and the overall ones within the pack but I will do my best to remember. This pack is planned to be supported with fixes to issues as I come across them while recording content.
 
- Over 60 Vehicles that you can customize to your liking with light color setups and/or liveries
- 4k Liveries for +HI YTD's and 2k Liveries for YTD
- Replacement Vehicles to Replace Default LEO Vehicles that have working LOD's (I am no good at creating LOD's so they are not the most optimized but they are there)
- Light Pod Templates (You are able to change any light pod color on any of the vehicles you want. The template is included in the files to do this)
- All Blue Light Setup has been included for those that want to run all blues but customize however you want!
- Vehicle Templates (You are able to change the liveries to something else that you desire instead. The Template is provided to make your own)
- Reflective Liveries (The Paleto Bay Department vehicles DO have reflective Liveries)
- Siren Controller(I forget which departments I did this to, but the siren controller lights for the different stages do work for the extra detail)
- Working Radar (The Vehicles Speed Tracked (Green Light) works in the HEAT units using the Rockstar Race Dash Dials)
- Rotating Spotlight (All of the vehicles have working Spotlights (With the exception of the CVPI's) the work with the Scoop Dummy (Controlled the same way as the bulldozer)
- Working Take Down Lights (All Vehicles have Take Downs with the exception of the Misc Service Ones)
- Working Traffic Advisor Lights  (For vehicles that have a traffic advisor)
- Working Ally Lights (All Vehicles)
- Rambar and Wrap Around Extra (Some departments have the option to install a wrap around on your rambar, others have the option to run no rambar)
- Accessory removal (On the FBI/Unmarked units you can choose to remove/add a rambar and/or add/remove ALPR Camera's mounted on the roof)
- Lights that move with doors (If I have a light on a door, it should move when you open it, this includes trunks as well as bumpers if they get blown off)
- Working Cargo Organizer (When You open the trunk on most models, the trunk organizer drawer will open up as well with accessories/equipment inside)
- Plus Much More that I can't think of.

FAQ:
- Do you plan to make a non els version?
If I'm bored, and GTA 6 hasn't been announced yet, then I may try and make an Non ELS Version of this pack. It of coarse, will have limitations due to the settings and features ELS can provide (Take Downs, Traffic Advisors, etc.) over non els.
 
- Do you plan to add more vehicles?
It is possible. I did want to maybe do some Fort Zancudo vehicles as well but its not guaranteed
 
- I can't get this to work, can you help me install it?
No, I'm sorry but my time is very stretched thin to where I can't hold anyone's hand. You are downloading this with the understanding/knowledge of how to install vehicles into your game. I've set this up as a DLC only to better optimize the file size of the download.
 
- Can I upload my liveries I create?
Yes! You may re upload the YTD file with your created livery. I ask however that you link your upload to this page so the YFT can be downloaded. DO NOT UPLOAD THE YFT Files!

Next Navigate to GTAV - mods - Update - Update.rpf - common - data
Open dlclist.xml and add the following line

For the XML files place them in GTAV - ELS - pack_default
And your done. go ahead and load up your game!

  There is the possibility of editing the ini manually, but I do not recommend it due to the complexity of this plugin.

This may not be the usual Sherrif/Police Department stuff you're used to, instead diving into the more niche Park Ranger stuff. There isn't any general inspiration for the liveries or builds - just pure freestyle. I tried my best to make these as realistic as possible regardless. I present to you a vehicle pack based off of Brevard County Sheriffs office in FL. Brevard county has changed from being all blues to red and blue and to get the most accurate lighting this is a hybrid els pack. The chargers have an optional rambar that you can use by turning on extra_12. All vehicles have working takedowns, and full stage lighting. I tried to be as accurate as possible with this pack but some things are not 100% due to els, game limitations. Currently there is 11 cars in this pack and will eventually add more.

SuperCallouts is a plugin for LSPDFR to add more callouts. Currently adds 36 new callouts!
 
With SuperCallouts I aim to add more unique callouts to LSPDFR with a uniform feel. I add both realistic and crazy new calls that will be played randomly. You are also able to disable and enable any features you choose. I recommend pairing this plugin with my other plugins DeadlyWeapons and SuperEvents to completely change how the game feels.

The liveries are based off of the Anthony Texas Police Department's old late 2000's liveries. I did take some creative liberty on all of these, especially with the K-9 FPIU. The back of the cars are based off of very scant memory from the late 2000's and early to mid 2010's, this is on account of the fact that it's been over 8 years since I last seen these liveries and no picture online shows the trunk of the cars. This is also my very first livery pack and very first upload to this site!
I did this to represent the small town I have spent a majority of my time living in! (Also noticed the lack of representation for the El Paso area)

These are the code to the far left, a U, L or OITC. These explain the loaded status of the weapon. I was debating on using military color coding such as Green Amber and Red status but decided the simple ULOITC works better.

ON PERSON CODES
These codes are to describe the carry of the weapon on a person during a pat down
OC - Open Carry CC - Concealed Carry W - Waistband P - Pocket  
IN VEHICLE CODES
These codes are to describe the carry of the weapon in a vehicle
CASE - Carrying Case O - In the open, in plain sight C - Concealed from view

HOW TO INSTALL REPLACE VARIANT

This is a simple script that is based on ragehook to make cars move over when only having your emergency lights running not your siren
no keys because it works as a standalone script what I basically mean is it doesn't need any user interaction it does everything by itself
I am trying to enhance the "default" without script behavior so the pullover behavior or "move over" behavior is improved because to be honest when I play the game every time I get to a crowded area in gta v I keep crashing into people because they don't move over correctly.
So I guess the gist of what I am trying to say is be respectful, don't say the obvious everyone knows this works without a script by default in gta v.

Important Notice regarding Obfuscation Used to Protect Copyright

Installation
Drag/drop the .DLL, .PDB, and .INI files into GTA V\Plugins\LSPDFR.  All features are disabled by default.  If you're using the STREETS audio files for Automatic Pursuit Updates, place them in GTA V\lspdfr\audio\scanner\STREETS.  If you use STREETS files that are named differently, they may not work with the Automatic Pursuit Updates feature.
 
About
Rich's Police Enhancements is a suite of quality of life features.  All features are able to be enabled/disabled in the .ini file, so use (or don't) any feature you want.  Version 1.6 integrates Automatic Siren Cutout, so if you have that plugin installed separately, you can now remove it.
 
Included Features
Ambient Backup:  When a pursuit is initiated, the player will be prompted to accept or decline ambient backup during their incident by pressing Y or N. Automatic Pursuit Updates: You will be periodically notified (configurable in the .ini) of suspect location, direction of travel, speed, and traffic conditions for each suspect in a pursuit.  Updates may be provided via notification, dispatch audio, or both (configurable in the .ini) AI Siren Cycling:  Nearby police AI will attempt to cycle through their sirens instead of being stuck on the same tone forever Better TVI/PIT Maneuver:  When you or another unit spin out a suspect vehicle during a pursuit, there's a chance the vehicle will become disabled Backup Mimic Lights:  During a traffic stop, callout, or pursuit, AI backup will turn their lights/sirens off when they are near you if your lights/siren are off (for ELS, stage 1/2 are considered off)  When you turn your lights/siren on (for ELS, stage 3), the AI will turn their lights/siren back on. Automatic Siren Cutout:  Automatically turn off your sirens while keeping your emergency lights on when you get out of emergency vehicles.  This feature is intended to be used with ELS. Friendly Honk:  A fun little feature that makes other emergency vehicles honk their horn or blip their siren at you if you honk or blip your siren at them. Traffic Light Control:  Turn traffic lights green as you approach intersections with stage 3 lighting enabled.  This does not affect AI traffic. Traffic Yielding:  AI will drive around the left side of your vehicle when you are stopped with stage 3 lighting on.  This feature is intended to be used with ELS. Leave Engine Running:  When you exit the vehicle, your engine will stay on.  You can turn the engine off by pressing and holding your exit vehicle key.
