    Hello, so I've been using the court system, and I've seen that there are charges which consist of attempted murder on a police officer etc, but the thing is, shootouts always end up with the suspect being killed, which makes the charge useless. Is there a way to make suspects surrender during shootouts? It will add more realism to me too, because it does happen in real life afterall. Thankyou.
