    No and there is never a exact date after an gta update for lspdfr update.
    (the dev will release it as soon as its ready.)
    Just received an update, the lspdfr and rph update are available!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    For everyone using epic games or Rockstar games launcher, it's not possible. Don't know about anything you wrote.

    google Steam depot it can help you download the files you need for ver2845. look for Guide :: How to Download Older Versions of a Steam Game
    And before anyone says anything it is Legal as it is public and you can only download files for games you own.. through the steam client
