    Thanks VB3179! I appericate you honoring my request. Since I'm a newb at this modding I'm unsure why when I click download its just a file.png adn a picture with no files saved as police.wft or police.wtd. also on a side note if you could do my home town of Barrington, RI that would be incredible.     I am having trouble downloading this skin. I am a noob at modding. But I got Spark IV and everything and have had success with other car mods. I really want this one cause I've lived in RI since 97 and it looks amazing. But everytime I download it its just a image. There's no file for the actual car saved as like .wdt or .wft.
