Thanks! I put the cars in and they work.

So i was trying to install the Los Santos Police Department Mega pack and i have no idea where i should put the fbi2.yft files etc. Is it patchday3ng, patchday1ng or the newest one i see in my dlcpacks folder patchdayg9ecng?

Nevermind i fixed it myself.

So my ELS lights are dim. I have Radiance V installed and my PostFX and Shader Quality all the way to ultra but nothing works. Iv'e tried to mess with visualsettings.dat and set values high but nothing worked. Another thing i want to acknowledge is when i take a few steps away from the police car the lights work fine. So i don't know the whole reason what's happening.
