    So I Downloaded A Mod Before I had To Clear The Root Folder And Start Again. It Had This Feature That When Driving Around It Would Show A Green Circle Blip Of A Car Driving In Which Would Lead To A Pullover And They Were Either Drugged Out Or Intoxicated. Does Anyone Know What This Is Called? I Was Looking To Add It Again
