first texture/vest replaces the noose vest. im not sure the path way for eup 8.2

my first attempt at making my own vest textures. made for myself because could find a good state trooper k9 vest and plus wanted it to match the vest with the dog. 
 
2 patches with wording on vest and also 2 SAHP patches 
same with dog vest

hello after a few hours of work i was able to make perfect all blue lighting for these already amazing vehicles. 
i have received permission to release these ytd files.

just find in whatever patch day you have these vehicles and replace the ytd files 
also includes the updated ELS.

IVE CHANGED ALOT OF VEHICLES INTO BLUE LIGHTS THIS IS HOWEVER MY FIRST UPLOAD
