BIG G 069'S Park ranger pack blue lights ytd files for doge ram and tahoe 1.0.0

hello after a few hours of work i was able to make perfect all blue lighting for these already amazing vehicles. 

i have received permission to release these ytd files. 

SHERRIFF2-TAHOE 

PRANGER- RAM 

just find in whatever patch day you have these vehicles and replace the ytd files 

also includes the updated ELS.
