GTA 5 crashing several seconds after I go on duty.

I will try removing them and see if it fixes stuff. Traffic Policer is very important for me though, I hope it isn't what causes the crashes. -
The game crashes several seconds after I go on duty. I tried disabling all the plugins and mods, but the issue still persists. The game worked just fine a hour before, and I made no changes during that time. Only if I load the game without LSPDFR everything works good. I was trying to solve this for 5 hours now, I have no idea what to do anymore. Crash report from RHP attached below. Crash Report RPH.txt
