    Hi Ive just installed LSPDFR and created my Cop Charcter, but afterr playing for 10 mins i realized i cannot interact with ppl, meaning i cannot arrest, frisk or talk to anyone .. am i missing something? when i try to call for a pick up of an arrested person (arrested by the NPC cops) i cannot find any services any help ? Cheers, PS Lenny's mod manager crashes my game
