    This PC > Documents > Rockstar Games > GTA V > settings.xml edit and mess around with {<MaxLodScale value="" />} Default is "0.300000" Setting it to "3.000000" seems to completely fix the issue but will utterly destroy your frame rate. Try something around 1-2
