    For me downloading Gameconfig (1.0.2245) for Limitless Vehicles - GTA5-Mods.com fixed it for me. Do not install the latest version (25.5) as it crashes for me and go into the older versions folder and ONLY pick out a config from GTA config 25.1 and it should work.
