I love the idea of this mod! However, I've noticed that when I call for backup, dispatch says "all units officer needs help". Perhaps that's something you could look into? Since officer needs help would be the LAPD equivalent of a code 99

the charges don't seem to work for me. I get an error message while ingame and the default charges are shown instead

well the purpose of this plugin is to keep everyone calm when you discharge your weapon so there's no chaos. It's not very realistic but really usefull while playing LSPDFR

Could you maybe make it like that your LSPD pack, your BCSO pack and your SAST pack don't overwrite the same files? I would really love to use them all at the same time but this isn't possible atm.
