    Okay I recently downloaded downloaded GTA IV pre modded on Youtube just for convenience, I do own a copy however on steam. I am new to this but I got everything working. I am guessing the PreModded install is a cracked version. I will provide the Log below it wont start when I ALT P i think its to do with LSPFR.net loader.dll Cause Its saying something about ticks everything else is working fine. If the issue is I need to download the un cracked version could you let me know Ill provide the logs below. Thanks.
