how do i use the features then because they arent even located in the files

no not at all its still 4.8 and its a fresh gta 5 install from epic and lspdfr new installed in my directory and its still 4.8 i just wann know and use the new features for my patrols ..... this sucks i never had this problem only will callouts that were outdated until i realized its not being updated then it was fixable but all my plugins run with 4.8 and its easy installing lspdfr main files to gta its a drag and drop process from the archiver to the directory

what does this mean because i gave up im just using 4.8 like i wish 4.9 would work so i can use the new features......

its still saying 4.8 when i downloaded a new zip of lspdfr and gta got reinstalled i dont know whats going on

i just reinstalled gta

i dont have the uninstaller i dont know why

My lspdfr wont even give me 4.9 files when i download 4.9 they say 4.8 files

Everytime i try to update 4.8 to 4.9 on my computer the new download files still have 4.8 and not 4.9 to update my lspdfr i dont know if 4.9 is offically released i need help
