2011 LAPD CVPI ELS This 2011 LAPD cvpi is a great addition to your LAPD fleet. It comes with an Arjent light bar and a cool interior. It is based on the LAPD cvpi from 2011. Also this model features some custom features like the Havis screen. Also BIG shoutout to @jguti, because without his help this model won't be here. This cvpi is still work in progress so there are some bugs.
