Fixed it, My drivers were corrupt because I was experiencing crashes on other GPU heavy games.

Hello to anyone reading this, Recently I downloaded lspdfr for the first time. When I launched the game for the first time everything was working fine, until I used the command "GotoPD". After I used that command I would go inside the pd. Once I was inside the pd the game would crash right there or wait till I get to the locker room. Sometimes even crash after selecting a character in the locker room. I have reinstalled GTA V, updated Script Hook V, and Reinstalled lspdfr, set WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier to 0f, set WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents to 0, set Main.PreloadAllModels to false, set the PluginTimeoutThreshold to 60000. I have read through at least 10 forms and none of them have helped. My pc specs: GPU: GTX 1660 Super : Latest Drivers CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 : Latest Drivers 32GB of DDR4 RAM .Net Framework version: 4.8 Windows is up to date. Latest LSPDFR Log: RagePluginHook_10052021_062533.log
