  1. How can i make someone on ground?

    Xacrooth posted a topic in LSPDFR 0.4 for Legacy Edition Support
    When i am on a pursuit and the guy finally takes off of the car he remains with the hands up i point at him holding E but i cant make him get into the ground for handcuff. What i am doing wrong?
