    check the key bindings on the pause menu uder LSPDFR -KEYS. If you select with the keyboard (ENTER) you get the keyboard comands. If you select with the controller you should get the Controller bindings. You may need to change them. If youre using STP you need to push right on the Dpad TWICE to perform an arrest. There are details in the notes pad on the download. Hope this helps.
