Create a new folder named "RM LSPD Pack" 4. Copy "dlc.rpf" to the "RM LSPD Pack" folder 5 .Using OpenIV navigate to "Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data" 6. Right click on "dlclist.xml" and click edit 6.
