Wdym verify game files

Unfortunately, when I renamed the mods folder and tried to run LSPDFR, it didn't work. (GTA crashed at the very beginning)

Hey, I have a problem with LSPDFR. My game crashes every time I drive in the city (usually after 1-5 minutes of playing), but it barely crashes when I drive in any other area. I literally tried every solution and none of them worked. The plugins I use are: Assorted Callouts, Computer+, LSPDFR+, redCallouts, Stop The Ped, Yobbin Callouts and Traffic Policer.
