  1. ELS LSPDFR not loading

    Hey so this is my first time installing ELS and it is not loading. and before you all say yes i do have scripthookv and yes i do have open iv. I have all of the requirements for ELS to run. This is my scripthookv.log file If anyone can help that would be great. Thanks Knifeworm
