Yeah iv'e had the same problem now for over a month. I figuerd out, that if i rename my mods folder to _mods everything is working fine so the issue might be woth one of my mods but i can't figure out which one. But everythign is strange bc. until then it worked so far never had a problem but now i'm stuck. If i know something i'll let you know.

yeah its still not working for me. I tried alot but nothing works. ScriptHookv hasn't been updated for a while it might be the issue with ScriptHookv So i just tried renaming the mods folder to _mods and all police lights and sirens are working without any mod. So it might be an issue with my mods installed? But that's weird, bc everything was working fine until then. idk...

They are always in the latest patchday, it should be patchday27ng.

Hey there I have some trouble with ELS. The Problem is, that there are no lights flashin except the brake lights. I have already tried reinstalling the ASI manager, which has always solved the problem before, but now this doesn't help anymore. The issue persists with all cars, not just the newly installed ones. Does anyone know of any other solutions? Thanks alot

Heyyy Every time get a callout from dispatch, my game freezes for a second. Or even during a pursuit, when dispatch is on the radio, it freezes for a second. Can someone help me with this issue?

I had to update my update.rpf and update2.rpf in the mods folder. After updating it is everything working fine.

Yes as i said, everything is up to date, any single mod, everything in the mods folder, ScriptHookV and even the new gameconfig. Packfilelimitadjuster an Heapadjuster is also installed. It worked before so i really dont know what causes this issue. How can my mods folder causes this issue, it worked before?

Yeah if i rename it my game works. But does that mean that i have to reinstall everything from my mods folder? Bc everything is up to date and worked before the new update came out.

Hi Bro, still got no solution. You have to delete the audio folder and reinstall everything or search a solution

So I’ve installed an replace mission row pd to look like a los angeles version. It was located in mods>x64b and this pd was causing this issue. So i’ve had to uninstall this one.

Okey i tried it to rename the x68 and i heard something so i might have installed something that causes this issue.

You never heard anything?? If i arrest someone with stop the ped they usually say like "you're under arrest" also other Police Peds if they say something i can't hear it.

Heyy So i tried to fix this myself but I can't find the solution sooo i'm here again. The problem is if i stop a ped or perform a traffic stop i would usually speak e.g. if i ask for an ID. But my Character and the Peds can't speak like they do the animation but you hear nothing. Is a mod causing this issue or what else can it be?

Yeah it was the same with the last update. R* changed the location for that mod so it might be the same thing but i’m not sure.

Yeah i can change the license plates e.g. from San Andres to CA Exempt but just the vanilla one soo idk.

Does anybody else uses Better License Plates - San Andreas & California 1.8 and can't see the License Plates in their game after the Update 2699? Cause i can't see them anymore. Has the manual install path change? Or should i just wait for an update? Does anybody know anything about that?

Why did you reverted back to the old version? A new version of LSPDFR and RagePluginHook is available. Don't delete your mods folder simply rename it to "_mods" if you wanna test sth. If you still need help after the update of GTAV with the loadingscreen just go to my topic.
