  1. Missing openiv dlcpack files

    So when I go to install non-ELS vehicles i go to Mod-Update-X64-Then DLC packs, i only have Patch days 8 and 20 in them I've seen a lot of videos saying how you should install vehicles into your latest Patch day, which is mostly patch day 22 and I don't have any of those which makes me very angry, and sad. Can someone please tell me how to fix this
