since stp now support different location , i tried to change characterset in location.ini ,but there no change in the game. Could anyone help me ,thanks!!

emmm,i found it still exist. I press F4 and input gotopd , then go to onduty , it success. But when you tried to press ESC and create new character in by LSPDFR,i still failed. So just press F4,input gotopd and press ENTER to continue, press E to onduty, in this way,i can create a new character.
