    Installed the mod and have been happily playing for a few days now. I personally really like the various modifications that add immersion in the game, and this one is probably one of the best examples of it. I have not noticed any crashes, bugs or other annoyances, the mod works perfectly fine for me. So, if you want additional realism (or just something new), this mod will be a great addition to your collection.
