If you are installing LSPDFR 0.4 for the first time, we strongly recommend that you do so on a clean copy of Grand Theft Auto V without any other mods or plugins.
 
LSPDFR 0.4 brings sweeping changes which have been implemented over a number of years and is the latest major version of LSPDFR, released in December 2018.  LSPDFR turns the world of GTA V upside down, giving you the power to enforce the law as you see fit.

Этот плагин предоставляет функциональность для остановки пешеходов. Также есть дополнительная функция остановки под дулом пистолета, у которой есть более мягкий жест задержания (опускайтесь на колени вместо того, чтобы целовать землю в ванильном LSPDFR).

For all translation issues (including shortcomings) please contact me. This plugin provides functionality for stopping pedestrians. There's also an additional stop at gunpoint feature that has a softer stop gesture (kneel down instead of kissing the ground in vanilla LSPDFR).
