  1. Is 7zip or winrar required?

    Aput posted a topic in LSPDFR 0.4 for Legacy Edition Support
    For the manual install, can I just drag and drop all the files into the gta v folder using the windows native extractor? I dont even need to extract anything, I can just open the zip folder and drag everything over. Do I need to do that with 7zip or winrar for it to complete properly?
