Heres what you do to convert it, the files are named something like this format path^modelname/texturename .  All you have to do, is go to the path, for example if its mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_luxe_01^jbib_001_u , Go to mp_m_freemode_01_mp_m_luxe_01, rename the models in my zip to jbib_001_u *or the name of the file that is in the zip* and drag it in.
