    Video appears to be guessing, I watched this already. Says he doesn't know if there's specific requirements, etc. Not the best guide. Do I need to install anything else? Do I need the base of LSPDFR? I load in, there's no "forceduty" option, even with all the files being added.

    After following the install instructions, there is nothing happening when I hit F4. Please, if there's anything else I need other than just downloading this file, add it to the requirements, with links. This mod looks absolutely awesome, but there is no install guides anywhere on the internet and the guide you have created is relatively little in terms for information to assist new users who don't know much about GTA modding, or using plugins. Thank you.
