Getting ready to start making Non ELS/FiveM vehicles at the top of the year so I'm releasing some of my old builds or cars that was sitting up collecting dust in the dump file. Before anyone start complaining these are old vehicles that were in an extra file where I scratched either the project or the vehicles, and these are my old builds. This is a test release of one of the vehicles I will be including in my City Works Pack. It includes 2 Animal Control Trucks that you can use to replace those old ass trucks. One with R/B option and one with the  Amber option. The final release will be released on Patreon. If you have any feed back feel free contact me on Discord. I designed the the truck to work with Ultimate Backup so the kennel collisions have been removed from the roof so the animal can fall in the truck and not left on the street. The original Rebel2 truck serves its purpose but its ugly so I made this new one. Enjoy!!!

Hello all, I have decided to get back into making cars for GTA 5. Here is my first public release. This car is made to be like a real life counter part I saw, and the lighting is meant to be realistic. Everything on this model is high quality and I took extra effort to make sure everything was realistic. This car is very low profile and all lights are completely hidden until activated. Enjoy!

It's been awhile since I've updated or even touched this tahoe on my computer, mostly I was just waiting for parts. The model is way more advanced than my initial release a couple months ago. Obviously it isn't 100% accurate but I'm satisfied with the progress I've made, so much that I decided to release. Lmk what you think like always, use this Tahoe in game for anything!

After seeing these vehicles in person I wanted to build it for LSPDFR, it isn't 100% accurate but I work with what I have. This pack comes with 2 suburbans one with the side steps and one without. Enjoy the models!
This vehicle is optimized for ELS.
Installation Instructions:
1. Open the lapd_sub.rar and click on the folder.
2. Go into OpenIV and on the top right of the screen press "Edit Mode"
3. From there, navigate to dlc packs using this pathway: mods> update> x64> dlcpacks
4. Drag and drop "lapd_sub"
After that go you'll have to go into dlclist:
1. mods> update> update.rpf> common> data>
2. Open "dlclist.xml"
3. Add a new line "<Item>dlcpacks:/lapd_sub/</Item>"
4. Press save then close it.
ELS:
1. Go to  GTAV directory or OpenIV directory and find your ELS folder.
2. Click into "pack_default" and drop the lapdsub and lapdsub2 file in there.

I wanted to try and make one of these after seeing one frequently this month. I'm glad of how it came out, epsecially the lighting. Enjoy the model!
 
How to install:
1.Open "OpenIV"

An unmarked 2018 Dodge Charger Pursuit with a FS Spectralux and a CN SignalMaster, based on the Chargers used by the LAPD. A non-ELS vehicle featuring optional DLS support for light stages, traffic advisor patterns and a custom UI.
 
 
Vehicle Slot: police4 (Replace) or lspdunm (AddOn)
Lighting Equipment: Federal Signal Spectralux ILS and CN SignalMaster
DLS Support: DLS 1.4 (optional)
Multiple Liveries: Supported, but not included
 
 
Notes
This mod supports DLS (Dynamic Lighting System) for realistic light stages, siren controls and more. DLS is optional, this car functions as a non-ELS car without DLS.
When using DLS, make sure to install AdvancedHookV and activate the PatchExtras option in your DLS.ini. Otherwise, the car will always be repaired when switching to light stage 1.
 
Recommended mods:
Better License Plates or Better License Plates - California Federal Signal SS2000 SmartSiren SirenSetting Limit Adjuster (minimizes the risk of sirensetting ID conflicts with other mods)  
 
Installation
Includes Add-On and Replace versions. Installation with Lenny's Mod Loader (LML) is recommended. Refer to the included readme.pdf for detailed instructions.

First you need to have OpenIV
 
Once this is operational, you should go to the following path: mods \ update \ x64 \ dlcpacks \ patchday18ng \ dlc.rpf \ x64 \ levels \ gta5 \ vehicles.rpf \
 
You must also have ELS, and file the xml file in the following path: Grand Theft Auto> ELS> pack_default
 
Once all this is done you can start your game.
 
Don't forget to click on the ° key on your keyboard to have the lights steady

I haven't made a Pick-Up truck in a little bit. I got this base a little bit ago from Dan with Da Van. I just made some changes to it and created this. I'm happy with how this has came out. After this release I'll be taking a little bit of time off from creating vehicles. There will not be a release every week.

Known Issue(s): 
1. Must turn tint off to use vehicle, if not lightbar will go black.
- Fix for tint To fix the window tint, the user will need to edit the veh.meta file for the slot that it's named to
They'll need to find the diffusetint line and change the value to 0x00FFFFFF

Bit different. It's not a sedan for once. It holds basically the same lighting package as the 2013 Charger. Both are Federal Signal vehicles. They are fictional, they aren't based on any irl department. I will be doing a 14 and 19 Tahoe to go with them. When they are released they may be put in a package together. I know I've been doing lots of Unmarked vehicles, I just find them fun to work with because you can do what you want. After the Tahoe's I will be working on a pack.

I said on the 16 Explorer that I was going to do a 14 and 19 Tahoe next so here it is. Again, same lighting package as the last few releases. I've said a few times now that I will be creating a pack which I will, but it will be over time. So, the next small vehicle will likely be a 18 Charger or a Vic.

I have returned.. with a 2016 FPIU. There are two variants to this model as shown in the screenshots. You can choose whether you want to have it with the Westin bar which adds lights to the rambar as well, or the no rambar variant which to replace the rambar lighting adds a light stick in the grille. The ALPRS can be toggled with extra_12. All blue and red and blue versions are included.
