how to do so?

I mean i without the brightness mod (Radiance) The speedo is not messed up its not 200% brighter. So is there any fix for that. Probably no? Cuz i want my ELS lights to be bright but also my dash to be normal. Believe me this is not normal. On normal settings the speedo is not bright af, i cant see all the lights shining bright af and the arrows do not shine Do you think this is normal?

Hello, game crashes on startup. It loads all the plugins, the RAGE screen finishes, then at the end i hear a beep and it just shuts down. 1. Yes i have tried restarting my pc. 2. yes i tried not using a couple of plugins. 3. yes i have tried to start the game on steam not rage, it started fine. "crash report"

Hello, tho im not a new LSPDFR player, yet I am new in these forums. Hope i posted in the right section. So im using default police vehicles ELS pack, for some reason the lights at night time are very dim, is there a good light enhancing mod? I already have dynamic lights.
