I believe that controling traffic is kinda possible (although very limited) e.g. in the Police Pursuit mod you can completely stop the traffic behind your car. I think that is a really cool and usefull feature, that makes a big difference and I hope it wiil be added to FR PS: I do not use PPM, I only like this particular feature
