My grammer police won’t work when I press the alt key. No sound or anything, anyone help please?

I also have the same issue that when I press the alt key nothing happens no sound or anything

That’s the thing when I download the gta update on this website with the new rage plug-in update included it doesn’t update rage plug-in hook and then I have the latest gta version but no the latest rph version to go with you also what does slow system or insufficient permissions mean on rph?

Whenver i download the new version of the RPH it is not updating when i load up rage plugin hook and its saying it isnt supported with the newest version of GTA, can anyone help please?
