What browser are you using? Have you tried right clicking the download link and hitting "Save As"?

Are you attempting to modify the image while your game is running? There was maintenance being performed on the downloads section the other day, how recent have you tried downloading? Could you post a screenshot of what it says when you try downloading?

Have you tried completely re-installing GTA:IV and all of your modifications/scripts?

You mean the model? It varies per computer but should always be displayed on the box. For example, I have a Gateway laptop. On the front, there is the logo and the word "Gateway". If I open the lid, the same is shows at the bottom of the screen. As for the model, it should be on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop. My laptop has a sticker on the right palm rest. LCPD:FR is only for PC. It is in no way shape or form available for the PS3 or any other platform. I don't play it to often as I need to upgrade things on my new PC.

Yes you do have to buy it. You have have to purchase the parts to upgrade it. Think of it like a flash drive, you can't boost a 4GB into a 8GB, right? You would have to change the hardware.

I don't know of many stores that carry things like that. I would recommend online sites like NewEgg. Also keep in mind it's going to be a bit more complicated if you are modifying RAM for a laptop as apposed to a desktop PC. Price ranges may also change depending on where you look. NewEgg Website:

I don't think I've ever even used the paint tool. I normally just highlight what I need with the "Magic Wand" tool and use the fill function.
