    I have the same issue where the game launches but after a while it says that LSPDFR crashed. If I remove Ultimate Backup then the LSPDFR works fine. I never ever used any mods or plugins. Installed LSPDFR on a fresh new install and worked for weeks. Decided to expand with Ultimate Backup so installed it and put them in the right folder accordingly. When I open the game it loads fine but once it try to go on duty it says that LSPDFR crashed. But the game is still running. If I press ESC I also see that the LSPDFR tab has vanished. As the above tip says about callouts and other mods... I have none of those. I am clueless. RagePluginHook_03022021_162841.log
