Hi! Have you installed the new update(v 1.3.1)? If it still crashes you can install script hook v dot net from Here. Download the latest version, unzip the archive and put the files into the GTA V root folder, where the main game is installed.

Make sure you installed it in grand theft auto v/plugins/lspdfr. If you installed it correctly request callouts until one in this pack appears. If no callout fron this pack appears, make sure you use at least lspdfr v 4.8
